Style & Goods Return & Refund Policy (14-Day Window)
Our range is diverse, and not confined to any single brand. We focus on quality over brand name, offering only those products we believe are exceptional. Additionally, Style & Goods provides exclusive after-sales service support for every product sold.
Cancellation
We accept cancellations within 24 hours before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Our Commitment
At Style & Goods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods purchase.
Because we utilize a dropshipping model, returns are managed by our trusted suppliers. While we facilitate the process, all returns and exchanges must adhere to the specific policies and timelines set by the supplier of that product.
Returns Window
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items returned after this period cannot be accepted.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unused and In Original Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: It must be in the original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.

Proof of Purchase: You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).
Non-Eligible Items:
The following goods cannot be returned (unless defective):

Assembled furniture or used bedding/pillows (for sanitary reasons)
How to Initiate a Return
IMPORTANT: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to the return address on the shipping label. Following the correct process is crucial for a successful refund.
Contact Us First:
Email Support@styleandgoods.com or use our Contact Page at www.styleandgoods.com. Include your Order Number, the Item(s) you wish to return, and the Reason for the return.
Await Instructions:
If approved, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a specific Return Shipping Address (usually the supplier’s warehouse).
Ship the Item:
You are responsible for packaging the item securely and including the RMA number on or inside the package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer Pays:
If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, wrong color/size), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We Pay:
If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse shipping costs, depending on supplier policy.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected by the supplier’s warehouse, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. (Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.)
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may apply if:

The item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

The return is shipped back more than 10 days after return approval.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any necessary return shipping costs. Please keep the item and packaging until the claim is resolved.
