1. Order Processing

 

All orders are subject to a processing time before shipment.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and sent to our suppliers for fulfillment within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed.

  • Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on a Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

 

As we work with multiple global suppliers to offer a unique selection, shipping times can vary. Delivery times are estimated after the order has completed its processing period.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They may be subject to minor delays due to high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen postal/customs delays.

 

3. Order Tracking

 

  • A shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking number, will be sent to your inbox once your order has been shipped (after the processing period).

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.

  • If your package contains multiple items, you may receive a separate tracking number for each shipment, as they might be sent from different suppliers.

 

4. Shipping Restrictions & Duties

 

  • P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • International Shipments (If Applicable): Styleandgoods is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

  • Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@styleandGoods.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with our suppliers to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost/Stolen: Styleandgoods is not responsible for packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. However, if your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
